Northern Germany

PV plant with 16 MW capacity. All applications and permits available. Remaining project duration until start of construction 4 months.

Cluster of 8 individual PV systems in Greece

Our project cluster consisting of a total of 8 individual PV systems in Greece has been producing electricity and generating a stable yield since 2023. This cluster is for sale individually and as a whole.

Innovation and sustainability

Our photovoltaic systems in Greece have been producing clean energy and helping to reduce CO2 emissions since 2023. The remaining term is at least 22 years.

Economic success

The plants are for sale. For the potential buyer, there is an immediate opportunity to utilize the CO2 emissions saved and also to generate a stable return.

Step by step to success

We currently offer 4 types of investments

Investment in the early phase

We summarize the path from a greenfield site to a ready-to-build and approved PV system in this investment product. We offer a financial participation in the costs and success of this stage.

Construction of the plant

Systems that have already been approved will be incorporated into this project. The construction of the plant is pending. The completed plant can either be sold directly or operated.

Operation of the system

The operation of a PV system typically lasts 25 years. We jointly take care of the maintenance and servicing of the system and actively support the sale of the energy produced.

Takeover of a production plant

The takeover of an existing and producing plant is interesting for companies. Through the purchase, the new owner becomes the operator and can either take over existing contracts or conclude new agreements that include CO2 compensation. This is an alternative to the purchase of CO2 certificates.
